In the middle of August 2010 the company Daga Plus will put into operation a completely new pritning machine.
This is a reel to reel silk screen printing machine which uses UV inks and varnish.
The machine works with flat screens which definately reduce the duration and the prime cost of the preparation process.
It is intended to print highest quality self-adhesive labels with a sophisticated design mostly for the cosmetics and winery industries.
- opaque white with a density that cannot be achieved with a different printing technology;
- use of special inks and varnish with variety of effects - gloss, matt, sandy and many others;
- raised and embossed UV-varnish coating, Braille.
All kind of printing materials with a thickness between 0,05 and 0,5 mm could be printed - paper, OPP, PE, PVC, PET, aluminium foil, leather and many others.
The machine has a computer digit feeding with scanner for second pass of the web wich allows precision even by 4 colours pritning.
This fact and also the disposal of other printing machines and technologies allows the company to perform the highest designer requirements for label printing.
